Google Cover Up Launches Online Gambling Debates
Internet censorship is an extremely controversial topic in the United States and every once in a while the topic seems to flare up when certain materials seem to suddenly disappear for no specific reason. Ask Alex Jones, this very thing happened to him when he posted a video called, "The Obama Deception" on YouTube and within hours it was gone...it just vanished. The relevant phrase, "google spies" was sitting at the top of the Google Trends page but some sites did say that the term was eliminated by Google within hours, and no results were found within Google news for the term.
Many people strongly believe that Google is in cahoots with the US government, which has been a concern of more than a few US lawmakers. Those who hold this theory believe that this is a result of Representative Barney Frank's proposed legislation to change the 2006 gambling law that places the burden of stopping gambling on financial institutions. Representative Barney Frank has clearly supported banning government censorship and that US citizens should be able to spend their entertainment money as they see fit even if it is at Internet gambling sites. A study conducted by the Washington Post that took place over two years showed a strong connection between Google and the US government. The center of the study was on intelligence and how the government and Google are working on the down low to censor the Internet and invade the privacy of millions of Americans.
